Stone huts of Nadaillat and Aydat on the mountain of "Serre"

It exists approximately about thirty stone huts on the section of Nadaillat and the one of Rouillas-Haut (commune of Aydat). Most are located in Rouillas-Haut.
They were used as shelter to the shepherds against the bad weather at the time of the guard of the herds.
The entries are directed towards the east, sign that the bad weather came rather from the west.
The stone huts are integrated in dry stone low walls delimiting the pieces of grazing ground.
