| All the
fountains of the villages of Saint-Genès-Champanelle are
public except remarkable of only one which is in Thèdes at a private individual. It has a particular history. Indeed, it was given to the inhabitants of Thèdes by Mrs. GONOD who had it herself made set up. |
| The current
owner, pleasantly authorized us to reproduce the act of which
he found 4 layers but it seems to miss the first. this document states the motivations which pushed Mrs. GONOD has to make this gift to the inhabitants of Thèdes. It is also learned there that she has bought the grounds, financed the building works and that water comes from a private gound and not municipal water tank of the village. |
